SHIPPING & RETURNS (ORDERS)
If you are a consumer and your purchase is made online (a distance contract), you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period: The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods.
1.1 How to exercise your right of withdrawal To withdraw, you must notify us with a clear message before the 14-day period expires. You can do so by:

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to withdraw from, and your contact details.1. Contact us at admin@brzerk.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and further instructions.
3. Return the item to the address we provide, making sure it is in its original condition with tags still attached.
4. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
