RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to help you make returns or exchanges, when applicable. Please read the following information carefully to understand our return process.


1. Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please inspect your items for any issues immediately upon receipt. If you wish to return an item, ensure it remains unused and that the label is still attached to the clothing. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

1.1 Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Downloadable digital art
  • Some health and personal care items (groin guards, mouthguards, ankle guards, and other hygienic products).

1.2 Exempted Goods

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Personalized items such as print-on-demand clothing.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases

2. Exchanges

Currently, we only offer replacements or exchanges for defective or damaged items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund due to a damaged or incorrect product, the shipping cost will be refunded as well. However, the shipping refund cannot exceed our cheapest shipping fee.

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for processing your return or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at admin@brzerk.com.

5. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at admin@brzerk.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and further instructions.
  3. Return the item to the address we provide, making sure it is in its original condition with tags still attached.
  4. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

 

6. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Products that have been washed, worn, damaged, or altered cannot be accepted for return or exchange. The item must also have the original packaging, tags, and labels attached to be eligible for return.
