RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains (A) the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers buying at a distance (e.g., online) and (B) how we handle returns, exchanges, and complaints (defective/incorrect goods).
1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
If you are a consumer and your purchase is made online (a distance contract), you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period: The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods.
1.1 How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To withdraw, you must notify us with a clear message before the 14-day period expires. You can do so by:

- Using our contact page: https://brzerk.com/pages/contact-brzerk, or
- Using the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy.
Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to withdraw from, and your contact details.
1.2 Returning the goods after withdrawal
After you notify us that you withdraw, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us.
Return address: We will provide the correct return address and instructions when you contact us, since it may differ depending on the product/supplier. Note: You do not need our “approval” to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, but you do need the correct return instructions/address to ensure your return is handled properly.
1.3 Condition of goods and diminished value
You may handle and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If you handle the goods beyond what is necessary, we may make a deduction for diminished value.
For clothing, trying on items is allowed to assess fit and style. However, using items for activities such as training, or returning items with odour, stains, signs of wear, or washing, may result in a significant deduction for diminished value and can lead to no refund if the item can no longer be resold as new.
2. Refunds (Withdrawal)
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund you the payments we received from you for the goods.
- Delivery costs: If you paid for delivery, we will refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option we offered (if you chose a more expensive option, the difference is not refunded).
- Return shipping cost: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item) or we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
Refund timing: We will process the refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods, or from the day you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back (whichever occurs first).
Refund method: Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
3. Returns outside the right of withdrawal
Any voluntary returns beyond statutory rights, if offered, must comply with the instructions we provide and may be subject to conditions set out in this policy. Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
4. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items (Complaints)
If you receive an incorrect item, or if your item is defective/damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@brzerk.com with your order number and photos (if relevant). We will provide instructions and, where applicable, a remedy such as replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Return shipping for our error: If the return is due to our error (wrong item) or a defect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and/or provide a prepaid return label where applicable. Any refund of shipping costs will not exceed our cheapest standard shipping fee.
Sweden (consumer complaints period): If Swedish consumer law applies, you generally have the right to complain about defects within 3 years from receiving the goods, subject to legal conditions.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer replacements/exchanges primarily for defective or incorrect items. If you need another size or a different product, please contact us and we will help you with the best available option (this may require a withdrawal/return and a new order).
6. Exceptions / non-returnable items
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases, including (examples):
- Clearly personalised or made-to-your-specification goods (e.g., items made specifically to your choices and not standard stock).
- Sealed hygiene items where the seal has been broken after delivery (where applicable).
- Digital content (e.g., downloads) once performance has begun, where legally valid consent/acknowledgement is obtained (where applicable).
Note: The applicability of an exception depends on the product and the circumstances. If an exception applies, it will be stated on the product page and/or at checkout where required.
