PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: 2026-08-24
At Brzerk ("we", "us", "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard personal data when you visit our website, interact with us, or make a purchase.
For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), Brzerk is the controller of personal data where we determine the purposes and means of processing.
Shopify hosting: Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. When you visit or make a purchase through our store, Shopify processes personal data to provide services to us and to you.
Shopify may process personal data as a service provider or processor on our behalf. Depending on the Shopify services and features we use, Shopify may also process certain personal data for its own purposes as described in Shopify's applicable privacy documentation.
Shopify Network Intelligence / Enhanced Services (if enabled): If Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store, Shopify may securely use customer data from our store together with customer data from other merchants and Shopify to generate insights and provide advanced features ("Enhanced Services"). Your information may be shared with Shopify and other third parties, which may be located in other countries, to provide these services.
Read Shopify's consumer privacy policy: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you can learn how to withdraw consent or object to Shopify's processing for these Enhanced Services via Shopify's privacy portal: https://privacy.shopify.com/.
