When you place an order, Printful will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Returns Policy

Print-on-demand t-shirts are considered 'personalized' items and Printful reserves the right to decline returns at its sole discretion. Please contact us if you need to make a return

HOW TO RETURN INSTEAD

If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at admin@brzerk.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and further instructions.

3. Return the item to the address we provide, making sure it is in its original condition with tags still attached.

4. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
