How we ensure product safety

• We collaborate with trusted suppliers and manufacturers and set product safety requirements for materials, design, and manufacturing.
• We assess safety risks (including reasonably foreseeable misuse) and maintain relevant documentation and test information where applicable.
• We ensure products include appropriate labelling, warnings, and instructions for safe use, where relevant.
• We closely follow regulatory requirements and update our safety procedures when needed.
• If a product is found to be dangerous or defective, we take immediate action, including warnings, withdrawal from sale, and product recalls if necessary.

Traceability & required product information

We work to ensure that products can be identified and traced in line with GPSR. Where applicable, products (or their packaging/accompanying documents) include:

• Product identification (e.g., type/model and/or batch/serial number, where applicable).
• Safety information and warnings necessary for safe use.
• Contact details for the responsible economic operator established in the EU (see below).

For online sales (distance selling), we aim to present the same essential safety and traceability information on our product pages as consumers would receive in a physical shop, including warnings and safety instructions where relevant.

Incidents, dangerous products, and cooperation with authorities

If we become aware that a product may be dangerous, or if we receive information about an incident/accident related to a product’s safety, we investigate promptly and take appropriate corrective actions. Product recalls & safety warnings

We actively work to identify and address any safety issues. If a product recall or safety warning is issued, we will publish clear information here and, where applicable, directly notify affected customers. In the event of a recall, we will offer an effective remedy as required by law (for example, repair or replacement, or an adequate refund), and provide instructions on what to do.
